Your role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for both guests and colleagues. You ensure that service runs smoothly and that guests have a fantastic experience. Thanks to your enthusiasm and dedication, the restaurant maintains a warm and welcoming atmosphere every day.

In your role as Restaurant Supervisor, you support the Restaurant Manager with onboarding, guiding, and motivating the team. You also contribute to daily operational tasks and work hard to maintain high standards of service and quality. Additionally, you ensure that the restaurant's standards are upheld and think along on ways to help the restaurant continue to grow.
