YOUR ROLE
As a Management Assistant Intern, you ensure that the operational process runs smoothly and that our Hotel Operations Managers and their teams can carry out their work on the floor effortlessly. You contribute to the service and quality level of every department within Vondel Hotels by helping to implement new procedures and ensuring they are followed. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to experience every department within our hotels and also carry out administrative tasks. In addition, you are flexible and provide support wherever needed.

Are you an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn student currently studying at a Hotel School or in Tourism? Then we have the perfect internship for you! We are looking for a new colleague who is available for an internship of at least 5 months. As a service hero with a “hands-on” mentality, you are the one who goes the extra mile to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. In addition, you know how to motivate your colleagues.
As the ideal candidate, you are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. We expect you to master these languages at a professional level, as communication is an important part of this internship.
