YOUR JOB

As a Guest Service Agent, taking care of check-in and check-out is an important task. You make sure our guests receive the right information, help them with all their questions, prevent complaints and listen to their stories. You will also deal with administrative tasks.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

THE (PERFECT) MATCH

You ensure that new guests feel welcome, continuing guests have a great time and returning guests are welcomed with open arms. You love giving our guests the ultimate Vondel Hotels experience. Experience in the hospitality/hotel business is not a requirement, but enthusiasm and courtesy towards our guests are. In addition, you have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. You may also be required to work a night shift if the night receptionist is not available.
