And are you also ready for a managerial role? Then the position of Front Office Manager at Vondel Hotels is the job for you!
YOUR JOB
You will lead the Front Office department of one of our hotels in Amsterdam, ensuring a high level of service. Hospitality is a top priority for you, and you excel in motivating and coordinating your colleagues. Training and coaching your team energize you. You will create schedules for the Front Office team, ensuring new colleagues are properly onboarded and that the correct procedures are followed.
As a true manager, you set the right example for your colleagues on a daily basis. As a Front Office Manager, you will perform daily reception tasks such as checking in and out guests, answering the phone, and providing information. You are a hands-on manager.
Your worktimes vary between 07:00 and 23:00 o'clock. Night shifts are not a requirement.

THE (PERFECT) MATCH
You are an creative manager with hospitality as your top priority. You ensure guests feel welcome at our hotel. Additionally, you create a stimulating and safe working environment within your team of Guest Service Agents. Moreover, you are fundamentally a Guest Service Agent yourself and actively participate in Guest Service Agent tasks alongside your managerial responsibilities.
