Duty Manager

Have you always wanted to be ‘in charge’ of a boutique hotel? Do you already have some leadership experience? Are you service‑oriented and able to motivate your team and bring out the best in your colleagues? For Hotel MAI Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager.

Your job

Together with the other Duty Manager, you ensure that the entire operation runs smoothly. But that’s not all — you also make sure that the service and quality levels of every department within Hotel MAI Amsterdam remain at the highest standard. You are flexible and able to support wherever needed. You are responsible for creating the staff schedules and will also be part of the rotation yourself, which means you will work different shifts.

Switching effortlessly between Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is no problem for you. You will be guided by the Hotel Operations Manager, who is regularly present at the hotel.
