YOUR JOB
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing reservations for our guests. Working alongside your team members, you will oversee all reservations in our hotels. As part of the Reservations Team you will follow a thorough and diverse training to make sure you are ready to face any challenge. Your goal is to book reservations while taking hotel occupancy and revenue into account. During your working day you are constantly communicating with the operational departments of Vondel Hotels to ensure that our guests are enjoying a flawless stay.
You will operate from our service office in the Amsterdam Houthavens but you can also work in a hotel of your preference one day a week. This means working in a beautiful hotel lobby while drinking delicious coffee.. Furthermore you will work 2 to 3 times per month on a weekend day, of course in consultation.

THE (PERFECT) MATCH
As a Reservations Agent, you possess a hospitable attitude and the ability to respond to guest inquiries, both over the phone and through email. You exhibit creative thinking and are always striving to find suitable solutions for our guests when needed. Moreover, you are a team player with a hands-on approach. Your administrative skills are solid, and you excel at processing reservations. Additionally, you are available for weekend shifts two to three times per month, and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
