Cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 15.00 pm one day prior to arrival. Cancellations after 15.00 pm one day prior to arrival will be invoiced for the first night on the agreed rate. Only written cancellations can be accepted.
No-show:
We will charge the costs of the first night in case of no-show, the room will be released at 12.00 o’clock the next morning.
Changes:
Neither the availability, nor the rates mentioned in your reservation can be guaranteed, should the dates of your stay be amended.
Early check-out:
Notice of check-out earlier than the date of your reservation must be given at least one day prior to departure to avoid charges of further nights.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

All reservations have to be guaranteed by a valid credit card or prepayment of the total reservation value.
The credit card will be charged 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation:
